Dr. Allison White Twente, Ph.D.
specializes in working with children and adolescents and their families. She values assisting and empowering families through all stages of their development, helping them to find coping strategies that will help them move forward successfully.
Dr. Stephen Twente, Psy.D.
works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. He has a special interest in child development and the range of issues experienced by young people. Dr. Twente has much expertise in the psychology of men and boys and he works with many young adults in this realm.
Dr. Trevina R. Anderson, M.A. Psy.D.
works with a variety of clients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, family issues, mood disorders, and stress and trauma. She provides individual and family counseling with children, adolescents, and adults.
David Breckenridge, M.ED., Resident in Counseling, NCC
is a resident in counseling offering therapy services to adults, adolescents, couples, and families. He specializes in managing grief, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and challenging life transitions.
Dr. Laura Brewer, Ph.D.
is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in work with adult ADHD, couples (one spouse with ADHD), and adults with depression, anxiety, and life stressors.
Victor Bucklew, PHD, MA, NCC, Resident in Counseling
provides counseling services to adults, adolescents, and children. He believes that although we sometimes can’t control what happens to us, we can always work towards developing more heartful and easeful ways of responding.
Heather Cole, LPC
is a licensed professional counselor and board approved clinical supervisor. Heather works with children, teens, and young adults.
Chelsey Cook, ED.S., NCSP
is a resident in school psychology. She works with children and adolescents and provides psychological and psychoeducational testing services.
Dr. Teresa Crenshaw, Ed.D., NCSP
is a licensed and nationally certified school psychologist who provides psychological and psychoeducational assessments to children and adolescents. This includes assessment for learning obstacles including dyslexia and ADHD.
Nympha Dalgado, PMHNP
is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) currently serving the Richmond and Fredericksburg areas. She has completed her internship with a child psychiatrist in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Annette Doll, LPC
works with various populations, including children and adolescents who are experiencing issues in the home and school related to ADHD, depression, anxiety, divorce, peer relationships and grief.
Rachel C. Gladstone, M. Ed., M.S. Counseling
is a licensed school counselor and educator. Rachel provides educational consultation services to families navigating school and therapeutic placement options.
Dr. Kimberly Hilton, Ph.D.
is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides therapy services for older children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Dr. Hilton utilizes a strengths-based humanistic approach to psychotherapy with individuals of all ages.
Kelly Lange, MSSW, TTGC, and LMHP-S
enjoys working with various populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She has experience working with a variety of mood and anxiety-related issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD.
Kara Leslie, Ed.S., NCSP, BCBA
is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who provides psychoeducational assessments to children and adolescents experiencing a variety of obstacles to learning, behavior, attention, and/or social-emotional development.
Molly Lynch, M.ED., Resident In Counseling, NCC
is experienced in working with adolescents, young adults and their families through life changes and the anxieties that often come along with these transitions.
Dr. Lara Meili, Psy.D.
is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in the psychological testing of adults and older adolescents for ADHD, learning issues, and extended time for the College Board exams.
Chelsea Muth, Ph.D., Therapy Intern
is a mindfulness-based psychologist and resident in counseling. Over the past decade she has specialized in understanding and improving psychological health and well-being, from the perspective of the mind-body-spirit, here and now.
Jennifer B. Nodar, M.S. Ed.
provides executive functioning coaching and academic support with young children, adolescents, and adults to age 21. The goal of her practice is to enable students of all ages to reach their full potential by developing their executive functioning skills.
Dr. Linda E. Pattee, Ph.D.
provides assessment and diagnosis of children and adolescents with ADHD, learning obstacles and emotional or behavioral problems. Dr. Pattee also completes assessments of children for educational placement in kindergarten, private schools and gifted programs.
Sarah Patterson, Clinical Intern
is working on her Master of Education at VCU after gaining valuable experience working with youth through classroom educator and volunteer positions. Her career goals are driven by her long-time dedication to providing safe and affirming spaces for children to grow and heal.

Dr. Jennifer Strickland, Ph.D.
is a licensed clinical psychologist who works with young children and their families. She specializes in providing therapy for children with difficulties around regulating emotions, anxiety, adjustment, trauma, and with behavioral challenges.
Cheryl Ware, M.ED., CCC-SLP
is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She provides speech, language, and spelling / phonological awareness skills screening, assessments, and therapy for the pediatric population.
Dr. Karen Zagayko, Ph.D.
is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides therapy to children, adolescents and families who are dealing with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety and behavioral problems.
Dr. Shanan Raines, Ph.D.
assesses and diagnoses children with all types of learning obstacles and ADHD, to identify their potential and help develop strategies and treatment. Dr. Raines’ expertise also extends to assessing children for educational placement in kindergarten, private schools and gifted programs.
