We provide individual, couples and family psychotherapy for adults.

A variety of techniques or perspectives may be used in the process of therapy. Cognitive-behavioral therapy works to change the content of one’s thoughts in order to promote changes in behavior. Co-parenting therapy is provided to separated or divorcing parents to facilitate their communication and ability to work collaboratively on behalf of their children.

Presenting problems can include:

  • anxiety
  • depression
  • social difficulties
  • coping with grief and loss
  • managing stress
  • adapting to life and career changes
  • blended family issues
  • challenges in parenting
  • dealing with ADHD
  • other issues

Psychologists, social workers and professional counselors provide psychotherapy services.
