If you’re feeling increased levels of stress lately you’re not alone – many people have reported feeling more stress recently. Mindfulness is a proven way to reduce stress, and Westhampton Family Practice has started offering a  Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Drop-in Group.

The group is facilitated by Victor Bucklew, Ph.D., MA, and Chelsea Muth, Ph.D., MA, and offers a wonderful opportunity for stress reduction. Past MBSR group therapy participants and all established WFP patients aged 18+ are welcome to join. The group takes place virtually via Zoom every Thursday at 12 noon.
