practice

Hannah is a licensed resident in counseling who provides psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and their families. She works with clients navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, identity development, life transitions, and grief. She has a strong interest in supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate the developmental, emotional, and relational challenges of growing up. In addition, Hannah is passionate about supporting clients through the unique challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood, and has completed advanced training through Postpartum Support International (PSI) in assessing and treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

Hannah’s approach is grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience and a belief in their innate capacity for healing and growth. Her clinical practice is rooted in an existential-humanistic orientation, and she integrates evidence-based modalities such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), narrative therapy, and compassion-focused therapy (CFT). She also draws on creative practices, including music and art, when appropriate, to support clients in self-expression and exploration. With a strengths-based, collaborative style, Hannah strives to create a space where clients feel seen and are empowered to reconnect with their inner resources, build insight, and move toward meaningful, values-driven change.
