Juliet Wu is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology (Child and Adolescent Concentration) with specialized training in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She is committed to creating a warm, collaborative, and affirming therapeutic environment where both clients and families feel supported and heard. Her clinical approach is integrative and evidence-based, incorporating components of CBT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and family systems interventions. She tailors treatment to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals while emphasizing collaboration and compassionate, culturally responsive care.
In addition to her clinical work, Juliet’s research focuses on child welfare and children’s behavioral health systems. Her background in both clinical psychology and public health allow her to consider the many factors that influence an individual’s wellbeing, and to understand the unique challenges faced by children, adolescents, and families navigating interdisciplinary systems of care.
